What You'll Do
- Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Prepare reports, design documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and communication with clients and regulatory agencies.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, efficient solutions.

What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (ABET-accredited).
- 5–8 years of experience in water and wastewater design.
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Illinois, or the ability to obtain via reciprocity.
- Experience with MicroStation or AutoCAD.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
- A collaborative spirit and drive to grow in a leadership role.

Salary Range
$125,000 – $160,000
