What You'll Do
As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will lead and support a wide range of surveying and geomatics services, including:
- Design Surveys for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, drainage, water, wastewater, and site development)
- Boundary and Legal Surveys
- Preparation of Plats and Survey Documents
- Right-of-Way (R.O.W.) Plans and Documentation
- Easement Preparation and Coordination
You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and field crews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and project success.

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or a related field with a minimum of 24 credit hours in land surveying coursework

Illinois Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) license, or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 1 year
-
Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD
-
Experience with ESRI ArcGIS and Civil 3D

Familiarity with UAS/drone technology (pilot certification is a plus)

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

Salary Range
$85,000 – $120,000
Signing Bonus Up To $5,000
