What You'll Do

As a Professional Land Surveyor, you will lead and support a wide range of surveying and geomatics services, including:

  • Design Surveys for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, drainage, water, wastewater, and site development)
  • Boundary and Legal Surveys
  • Preparation of Plats and Survey Documents
  • Right-of-Way (R.O.W.) Plans and Documentation
  • Easement Preparation and Coordination

You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and field crews to ensure accuracy, compliance, and project success.

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Land Surveying or a related field with a minimum of 24 credit hours in land surveying coursework

    • Illinois Professional Land Surveyor (P.L.S.) license, or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 1 year

    • Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD

    • Experience with ESRI ArcGIS and Civil 3D

    • Familiarity with UAS/drone technology (pilot certification is a plus)

    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)

    Salary Range

    $85,000 – $120,000

    Signing Bonus Up To $5,000
